L - salad (3 slices of salami, tom, sweet corn, radish, salad sauce), 1/2 pitta, black tea
D - Salmon, sweetcorn, leftover spag bol, potato salad, black tea
S - 2tbs homemade plum jam, pear yog, watermelon

D - Rice with barberries, tbs butter, chicken in onion & tomato, black tea

Fluids - 1L water, ginger tea, herbal tea

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 202 lbs (14s 6 lbs)
Loss to date = 21 lbs

I have taken up more exercise and thought I may not lose anything this week but lost 1 lb this week. woohoo.
Need to up my fluid intake - will aim for 3L on top of tea

D - curry (lamb, oniin, tom, yellow peas), rice, salad (leaves, tom, salad sauce), black tea
S - Piece of French pattisarrie (syns?), pears
Fluids - 2 herbal tea, 1L water
Exercise - 20 min walk & exercise with Leslie Sansone, 10 km exercise bike, 5500 steps

I feel very hungry today. Not a very good day eating wise

Day 127 - Thursday 30th August 2018
Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 201 lbs (14s 5 lbs)
Loss to date = 22 lbs

With 2 weeks of exercise increase I was hoping to start losing more but it is very slow. Not sure whatelse to do to increase the loss. As I am not losing much, I made the decision to eat whatever the rest of family have for today ONLY in the hope that I start shifting the weight.
Also I feel very bloated and that makes me frustrated.
B - Apricot cheese with dried apricots & a pinch of sesame seeds on WM toast, 7 almonds, pear, black tea
L - Baguatte with lots of butter butter, cold meat, black tea
D - Pasta with cheese & ginger, toast & butter, black tea
S - Watermelon, grapes, Danish pastry , 2 mini chocs (2 syns), cereal bar (6 wyns)
Fluids - Black coffee
Exercise - 30 mins exercise & walk, 8500 steps

Back to eating normal. I am going to stick to meal times eating and reduce the amount I wat but increase my salad(if it was not enough already)
