B - Phili & fig jam on WM toast, kiwi, pineapple and clementine, hazelnut coffee
L - Broccoli & cauli soup with Blue cheese
D - Steak, sweet potato wedges, tbs butter, salad (leaves, tom, cue, radish, mint, coriander)
S - Apple, grapes
Fluids - 4 Rose tea, black coffee
Exercise - Lots of running up & down 2 flight of stairs

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 188 lbs (13s 6 lbs)
Loss to date = 35 lbs

Stayed the same for 2nd week.
B - Phili & garlic sausage sandwich
D - Chicken in white sauce, coriander rice, fresh mint
S - 4 Jaffa cake, grapes, orange, 3 crisp bread, blue cheese, 2 prunes
Fluids - 2 Black coffee, 4 lemon tea
Exercise - 3,000 steps

B - green smoothie
L - Desperatley needed a bowl of fruits (orange, apple, kiwi, sharon, pineapple garnished with mint leaves)
D - Steak, chips, salad (leaves, tom, cue, radish, pepper, olives, salad sauce)
S -
Fluids - 3 vanilla tea
Exercise - 3,000 steps

Loss to date = 38 lbs

Woohoo. Lost 3 lbs.
B - Banana, 2 WM toast with poached egg, cheese, honey and orange
D - Toast salmon with sweet potato wedges.
S - apple, banana, frozen fruit with tougher (6 syns)
Fluids - Black tea, Lemon drizzle tea
Exercise - 2,000 steps

Day 233 Saturday 15th December 2018
This is the first day in 3 weeks that I have been really hungry.
B - Poached eggs on 2 WM toast (I was starving), apple, clementine
L - Honey roast ham, pkt crisps
D - Sandwiches. For some reason I was starving and ate 2 sandwiches
S - 2 pkt crisps, sharon fruit, clementines
Fluids - 3 choc orange tea
Exercise - 2,000 steps

OK hope hungry days are behind me now and I can concentrate on getting 5lbs to hit 3 stone.
B -Cottage cheese, apple, sharon fruit
L - Chili mackrel salad (leaves, mint, cue, radish, pepper, olives, lemon juice)
S - small bite of choc brownie (3 syns), grapes
Fluids - 3 Choc orange tea, herbal tea, black coffee
Exercise - 8,500 steps

Day 235 Monday 17th December 2018
B - Cottage cheese & plum jam with WM toast, Sharon fruit
L - BNS, onion & chili soup
D - stir-fry veg (onion, carrot, cabbage, pepper, broccoli, sit sauce), pineapple.
This has been my biggest meal day since toothache-gate 3 weeks ago. Could not stop eating as felt very hungry.
S - 2bites of brownie (7 syns), 2 charcoal & sesame crackers (2 syns), WM bread, blue cheese, 2 pkt crisps
Fluids - 3 black coffee, 3 chic orange tea
Exercise - 7,000 steps

Met with a friend today who has not seen me for a few months. She commented how good I look and my weight loss clearly shows.
B - Cottage cheese & plum jam, chia seeds pate with WM toast, banana
L - Chili Mackrel salad (leaves, Red & Orange pepper, radish, mint, lemon juice, mayo), melon
D -It all went wrong and I ate so much junk - bread, cheese, brownies, crisps.
S -
Fluids - Black coffee, 3 choc orange tea
Exercise - 8,000

Thanks. I try to eat as much salad as possible with some meat/fish.
This bleep has been building up and rared its ugly face this week. It is all under control now.

L/D - Chicken, pasta & veg with salad (leaves, mint, tom, pepper, radish,, cue, salad sauce)
S - Pear, Caramel biscuit (5 syns)
Fluids - 3 Rose tea, 4 Choc orange tea
Exercise - 1 hr bodytone, 3,000 steps
