L - salad with olive oil & viegar, meatballs with tomato & veg sauce, chips, piece of cake (didn't eat cream on top layer)

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 163 lbs (11s 9 lbs)
Loss to date =60 lbs

I am disappointed with myself as i have just lost 3lbs in the last month. Now I have to really concentrate and get the last 3lbs off to get to reach my goal.
B - Porridge with apple, raisins & tbs butter
L - 4 slices bread, cottage cheese, butter, Pkt pea snaks (5)
D - Beef stirfry salad (mushrooms, asparagus, garlic, ginger, leaves, spinach, carrot, sweetcorn, Red cabbage, Red/Yellow peppers, vinegar, lime zest)
S - Natural yog, cherry jam (12), buckwheat & dried fruits, banana, apple, green plums, grapes, bar of chocs (8)
Fluids -3 Energise tea
Exercise - 5,200 steps

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 161 lbs (11s 7 lbs)
Loss to date =62 lbs

Lost 2lbs this week. How I don't know. However, I am over the moon as it means 1 lb away from my target and losing 4.5 stone. I am thinking lowering my target by anotehr 1/2 stone but not sure. I will decide what to do later this week.
B - Porridge with apple, blueberries, Goji berries and splash of maple syrup, tsp butter
L - Pasta bake (onion, garlic, ginger, mince beef). corn, mint & basil
D -Salmon salad (leaves, carrot, Red cabbage, beetroot, tom, sweetcorn, lime juice, salad sauce, mint, basil)
S - Strawberries, banana, 2 amerto biscuits (10), pkt multigrain bites (5), boiled sweets (2)
Fluids - 3 ginger tea, 2 fruit tea, 2 black tea, 2 lemon drizzle tea
Exercise - 6,300 steps
