Reaching Target in 2020

Day 761 - Sunday 31st May 2020
Had a great night sleep and ready to tackle anything.

Today is going to be a day of de-cluttering and tidying up so I can start concentrating on my new projects.

B - Blue eggs are back. haha. Blue egg on WM toast, Cottage cheese with seeds (had missed my seeds), apricot, strawberries. I am content with my breakfast and should keep me going for a while.
L - Mackerel pate (mayo, mint) with Jacket potato & salad (leaves, beetroot, carrot, pepper, black olives)
D -Egg, gherkins & salad wraps. Hungry sunday evening
S - Pear, grapefruit, pkt crisps, mini egg chocolate
F - 3 Black coffee, herbal tea, glass of home made lemonade (tsp sugar)
E -10,000 steps

Day 762 - Monday 1st June 2020
On waking up, I felt sick, I don't know because of over eating yesterday (I must find the source of Sundays binge eating) or it is the heat or perhaps I ate too many eggs in one day.
L - Tomato, olive & onion pate in toast & salad (leaves, tom, cue, peppers). It was yummy
D - Smoked basa with potato and mixed veg
S - Pear, banana, mango, Yogurt with jam & seeds
F - 3 Black coffee
E - 9,200 steps

That pate sounds lovely, did you make it yourself?
I'm struggling with eggs at the moment, everytime I've had them I've felt sluggish and brain foggy. I really like them as well...

Yes that was really easy:
Fry chopped onion & garlic. Blend tomatoes & black olives in a blender and add to the onion mix. sprinkle with some black pepper and cook until all liquid evaporate and mixture is thick.

I used it for pasta a couple of days ago and today on toast. It will be nice if you crack an egg in the middle and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes - sorry about mentioning eggs as I know both of us are off them at the moment - haha

Yes, had a boiled egg with dinner tonight and started feeling queasy later then remembered I’d had one. Really disappointed 😞 its definitely a new thing so might leave it a few weeks and try again (Maybe baked in the oven in tomato & olive pate!)

The egg allergy might be due to hot weather.
 
Day 763 - Tuesday 2nd June 2020
B - Fruits with yogurt & seeds
L - Sandwiches with 1/2 slice WM bread and filled with cheese, chicken & bacon, mayo, 2 slices of home made Cornish pasty, pk hand cooked crisps
D - Breaded chicken breast, chili sauce & mayo
S - Watermelon, 3 slices toast with pineapple & almond soft cheese. Not sure why suddenly I started to binge. Arrgggg
F - Black coffee, Black tea, glass of home made lemonade
E - 3,000
Just been thinking about bringing - I think the reason being is that I am not eating proper meals and my body is craving for proper food rather than snacks & nibbles. Cooked meals will be on the agenda from tomorrow.

Day 764 - Wednesday 3rd June 2020
B - Steak chunks, watermelon
L - Cottage cheese & peanut butter pate with vegetables & Blue egg (Tom, cue, carrots, tomato, peppers)
S - Apricots
F - 3 Black coffee, 4 herbal tea
E - None as it has been raining all day & I have been busy at home.
I don't feel hungry today so not planning to have dinner.
Tomorrow is WI day. I am looking forward to it but will not be disappointed if I have not lost any weight or gained. There is always next week, to try and get to goal.

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 157.5 lbs (11s 3.5 lbs)
Loss to date =65.5 lbs

Lost 1/2 lb which is fine given the events of the last few weeks and a couple of binge days. I am sure my body will go back to its normal routine soon and hopefully lose more to get me to target.
