    Hi everyone!
    I'm Jovy and I'm currently starting on the second half of my weight loss effort. I'm currently around 12st 13 and hope to get to around 10st..ish. I've already lost about 3 stone but that was a year ago and for some reason I seemed to stabalise there. I've decided it's been long enough now so hopefully this is the start of getting rid of the rest.
    I'm doing this through calorie counting and exercise...and being motivated by the programme 'The Biggest Loser' :p

    Well done on your weight loss so far. You've done really well.

    The biggest loser is great, I always used to watch it whilst eating a chinese and thinking.. 'diet tomorrow!' hmmm, anyway... new mindset for me! Think slim! lol

    I'm the same, I have a habbit of snacking while I watch :eek: No more though!
