I'm sorry if this has already been asked or answered. I have looked.

I'm after any recommendations on off-the-shelf curry or pasta sauces. I've been making my own syn-free sauces from scratch but want to keep a few jars in the cupboard.

Hi, these can vary alot, it depends on the make of the sauce, some may be free while others wont be, if you can your best making your own & buying some freezable plastic containers so you could just defrost some when needed, just as easy as a jar, hope someone else can help, have you looked on the sw website you may find what your looking for there x

I'd love to know this too - would be great if people could share any cooking sauces or mixes that are maybe 5syns or less a portion?

It's just easier sometimes to have something in the cupboard if you don't have time to make something from scratch.
