Ready meals for dds?

I'm not keen on cooking at the best of times, and I'm thinking that on dds I'll be better not to linger in the kitchen too long. What ready meals or very quick fixes do people eat? Veggie or fish suggestions are especially welcome as I don't eat meat.

I think quorn cottage pie is fairly low in cals so that might be one option.

Hi there, yes you can defo eat ready meals on your DD. Most of the supermarket low fat ready meals are low in cals (count on us, be good to yourself etc). The M&S ones aren't cheap but I find they're the tastiest for the fewest cals. They do an asian cod with noodles which is particularly nice and only 215 cal I think.

Some of the WW ones aren't bad either and can usually get them cheap enough in frozen food shops such as Iceland, cool trader etc.
