Just a hopefull thought, but do you think it is unreasonable to think I could lose 5lb or more (no less) a week? Just working weight goals out and all the permutations of losing weight and dates, c'mon we all do it.........................dont we?
Well my 2nd week i lost 5lb! How bout exercise if you don't already? That may increase weight loss! Thats what i am thinking of doing..start as you mean to go on and all that xx
