Realistically do you think

Just a hopefull thought, but do you think it is unreasonable to think I could lose 5lb or more (no less) a week? Just working weight goals out and all the permutations of losing weight and dates, c'mon we all do it.........................dont we?:eek:

lol, I had my predictions sorted in the first week! So you have done well to hold off for so long!!

I dont see 5lbs a week as problem. But who knows how the body works!

i could only manage 3 lbs per week xxx

3lb a week on LT:eek:. I hope thats not me as I would rather eat properly and lose 2lb a week. Oh well crack on:confused:

Well my 2nd week i lost 5lb! How bout exercise if you don't already? That may increase weight loss! Thats what i am thinking of doing..start as you mean to go on and all that xx
