Hi all!
I have a long way to go until maintenance, but am curious as to the reality of what it involves.
I appreciate we are all different and some will find it easier than others, but do the majority of you find that the CD journey has equipped you enough to control your eating habits? After all, we all chose this diet for a reason!
What works for you? Is it making a conscious effort to reduce portion size? Is it totally avoiding some foods? Is it easy to pick the healthy option?
I love CD and am loving the results...I would just love to hear from those of you in maintenance as to how you really find it! I would like to be armed with as much advice as possible now, so that I can re-train myself and my brain for a different way of life!
