well I know what I have done/ said to them "aah look at you I'm sure you could do with a bit off" as that would shut em up :D

as for a menu I would have copied from refeed sheet with the first being regularly repeated and given that to them.

I made an atkins diet type thing.. so im sure it will work anyways. Im just such a bad liar.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwww.. It's a shame you can't just wallow in the praise for a little while..

Can't you say you are doing a weight watchers style diet, but have also cut out carbs?

As for the "i told you so" one, i would put everything really fattening on the menu for her

Breakfast: Egg, bacon, sausage, tomato, eggs (all fried)
Snack: Mars bar
Lunch: BLT sandwich
Snack: 2 packets crisps
Dinner: Roast beef, yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, parsnips and any veg you loke
Dessert: Spotted dick and custard
Daily drinks... Tea and coffee, white with 2 sugars..

Then when she doesn't lose weight look all confused and say "Well, it worked for me...look!!" lol x x x

Seriously though, don't let them get to you, you are doing a brilliant job x x x x

As a returned Lipotrimmer I can empathise 100% with you, Missy! I am keeping shtum for the moment about my diet to avoid the know-it-all lectures. However, I think I'd be happy if - no, when - people start to notice the weight loss. Don't let them get to you!

i keep it a secret from those that dont approve. Im on maternity leave at the moment and i was up at work one day last week, i was sat in the cafe feeding my baby and having my shake when one of the girls i work with came in and said in a gasp "oh what is that you are drinking? Are you back on that diet! OH CHARLENE"! and before i gave her chance to go on i said shut up! this is one of the reasons why i didnt tell you, i cant be arsed with the negative lecture! she huffed and walked off back to work. I was the same last time i did it aswell, i kept quiet and denied it when people commented on my weight loss. i think some people are just jelouse especially when they see you achieve such fantastic results. You keep going your doing really well.

I really feel want to give you a hug Missy...those people who are so negative about this are the ones who either will never have to do anything like it, or who wouldn't be able to stick to it if they tried! You are working so hard so why shouldn't you get all the compliments, you deserve them so feck them all with their bad vibes, don't let them spoil it for you...and definitely Su's menu is the way to go !!!!! x

Here here! Why are some people so insensitive and can't see that their comments can be hurtful ggrr. Try and forget their negative comments and concentrate on how well you're doing-and on how great you look! :D. Keep up the good work hun :)
