    Hi

Well I'm now at the end of my first week of Cambridge! I have stuck to it 100% and have been on the SS+ plan. I feel fantastic, no real hunger and initial side effects are over now.

I have been sooooo good. This weekend we were away. I didn't let a drop of alcohol pass mt lips and believe me, that's hard for me! They all sat and ate mini eggs (my favourite!) on Friday night....I resisted, they had a mexican take out on Saturday night (I love Fajitas!).....I resisted, but sat with them and ate my half a chicken breast and rocket, they had a big cooked breakfast on Sunday (Mmmmm!).....I resisted, but sat with them and had a black coffee, they had a Pork roast dinner (yum yum!) Sunday evening......I resisted, but sat and ate mt Tuna and Cucumber!!

Then to top it all I took the kids for a KFC tonight and sat and drank a black coffee!:D

I just can't wait to see the results now. Weigh in tomorrow night and I'm VERY excited, I just hope it's good!

    I'll let you know. x
