Feeling really run down and tired and cold and I cracked.
Had homemade stew with Guinness, potato and pearl barley in, suet dumplings and homemade whole meal bread with butter.
Any other time it would be quite a healthy meal but it turned into a bit of a carb fest and I know I will regret it in morning
