Hi guys
i ask this every time but I struggle with the answer.
i'm 5ft 4 and have 1stone 10 pounds left to lose (I've lost 2 already). My bmi is 24.9 so that means I should move up to step 2, that where the problem comes in. Seeing the scales go down is what motivates me, I know it shouldn't but it always has. I know all about inches coming off when the scales don't budge etc.... But it makes no difference.
Ive done step 2 and 45 mins of cardio 3 times last week and the scales haven't moved = sabotage. Not logical I know but us women aren't when it comes to dieting.
what do I do? Do I stay on SS even though bmi too low for this, stick to step 2 or step 2 with exercise? I wanted to lose at least a stone by the first week of December but I dont see that happening now :-(. Please help, one confused lady xxx
