    I have been struggling to lose any weight for a while now on weight watchers due to medication, so I decided to try the wendie plan last week and I lost 2lbs:D:D This week I am going to do it normally and hope that last week will have started my weight loss again. I am so happy as I have been getting really fed up with not losing anything when I have been trying so hard

    Well done :) i did the wendie when i didnt lose for a couple weeks and i lost 3 lbs if i remember.. more then i usally lost so it worked for me too, xx
