Really struggling tonight

    am really contemplating having chicken and brocolli tonight as am really hungry, am on week 4 and cant seem to get my mind off food, pls help.:sigh:

    oo i know the feeling! im tempted aswell im on day 4 ( i restarted this week) woo hoo! but ive got a big bottle of water eyeing me n say nooo dont do it LOL!

    LOL... just had water and am feeling much better, the feeling as gone away... so am off to bed now in other to avoid any more temptations, hope i don't dream of food..:)
