Hello, I started off at 16st 4lb and managed to go down to 9st 10 :). Then I 'lost my way' and have gone back upto 13st
I am trying to get back on track, but don't seem to be losing anymore. I seem to lose a few lbs then go straight back up again.

It is really getting me down. Does anyone have any advice please or having the same problems please?

Sorry to ask

Thank you

Hi there,
I am really sorry you are struggling. I really do know how you feel as I am struggling myself. It is very hard to stick to a certain amount of points after being used to eating what you like as you tend to get hungry, or I do anyway. I believe a person needs to be in the right frame of mind to lose weight. If a person has worries or stresses it can be much harder especially if they are an emotional eater. Do you think this may not be the right time for you? If you have a lot of other things going on then they may need to be tackled first. For me I had some therapy and that helped me to get back on track. Sorry if I have not been of much help.

Hey raven,

Wow really impressed with how u first got on Hun! Motivates me to keep going!

I joined WW two weeks ago I lost a pound my first week which isn't a lot but it's a pound less then I was! And I'm enjoying eating what ever I like so much that I'm willing to continue and no I will get there slowly but sure! Just like u will Hun!

Every little counts whether it's half a pound or a pound gone. Stick to it and enjoy watching those numbers go down each week!

Ash X
