Really tasty lunch!

Hey everyone! It's day 7 of refeed for me and I just made a really yummy lunch and thought I'd share with you guys...
I got a 1/2 tin of tuna flakes, diced red onion and chopped red jalapeños and mixed these together with low fat fromage frais, I spread this onto a whole grain pitta and filled it up with salad (lettuce, tomato radish and cucumber).
Was really so tasty and filled me up so much!
