5lbs off target. this weekend, saturday night went out drinking - lots of lager etc.

Sunday day, terrible hangover, roast dinner yum yum toast and pate starter.

Sunday night, chicken korma rice and naan and onion bajis

Monday morning

BACK ON TRACK I HOPE......

i had a blast, over indulged and now time to pay for it. weigh in tomorrow night so who knows! om.

Hi Netty - I had vodka at wedding party Friday night and I'm now suffering with bloat and water retention. Like you now back on track and paying for it. However, it was a great night for a very good friend and I have no regrets!! Tx

I had a weekend off too and am now about 6lbs heavier!

WI tomorrow so I am having to write this week off I am prepared to have gained.

But I had a good time. It's good to have a little blow out every now and again and the shock of seeing and gain on the scales always makes me more determined to get back on track!

Well done for getting back on track with it!

thankyou all for your support and great comments, it does sort of get you back on track knowing that you have messed up but surely one weekend off in 13 weeks was good going !

I will get it all back off and have learnt my lesson.

i over indulged and feel like crap. lesson learnt!
