Hi all. This is my 1st time to post here. I attend sw image therapy weekly but felt like I needed a little more support. I started sw 2 years ago & lost 1.5 stone but due to fanily/work issues I put it back on. I went back properly in January & since then my weight has gone up & down & I found it so hard to get back into it. Anyway I'm at the point now that on Monday I weighed in & put on 5lbs which actually brought my weight back up to half pound more than I originally weighed in Jan. I have booked my 1st sun holiday in 14 years (I'm only 30!) & I would like to feel happy & comfortable at least going. I would like to loose 6 stone anyway overall & it seems so overwhelming but I'm taking it in baby steps. So after weigh in on monday I walked out & got in my car to go home. I wasn't staying for image therapy. Something clicked & I got out of the car & went back inside. I stayed for group, got my sas log & have been on track since. So I'm feeling positive about this week x fingers crossed
