Really want to start today

    Hi guys

    Book is on order but now I am in the zone I really want to start.

    So firstly hi

    And second can we use things like paprika to liven up the chicken in attack phase?

    I was thinking

    Scrambled egg and Afterwards a muller vanilla for breakfast

    Lunch - some slices of low fat turkey ham with cottage cheese on top

    Dinner - some chicken legs and thighs made in the slow cooker with either paprika on or garlic tossed in to get some flavours with a chicken stock? I have oxo?

    That wouldnt be enough for lunch and turkey ham is fine for emergencies or a snack but not really the basis for a meal.

    Paprika is fine.
    Oxo not so much, I think, too much fat (and salt).

    You also need to have oatbran, 1.5 tablespoons a day on attack.

    Have you been to the dukan site to work out your true weight and how many days of attack to do?

    yep you must have the oatbran and all the quark and bits you will need to get through attack or else you wont get through it as the first couple of days is where some give in
