Hello everyone. I am not new with Minimins or WW but it's been so blooming long since I've been a WW member that I may as well be a total novice! I've been dipping in and out of SW for years but have come to realise that I need some portion control in my life, so I've signed up online.

I am currently feeling totally lost and out of the loop, so I am hoping to get lots of advice and inspiration from food diaries, as I'm just muddling through in a post Christmas haze at the moment!

I have done WW in the past with not much success I might add:( but always found it good for teaching me portion control and I now see they have changed it again and instead of Pro Points is now called Smart Points.
I am giving Lipotrim a go and when I reach my goal I am thinking of going back to either SW or WW to help me maintain as I think it will be good for that. I have friends who do both SW and WW and switch about from one to the other.
