Rebeccah´s Refeed

Hi everyone,
I´ve been on TFR since 1st May and have decided to start refeed today as I have weddings and holiday coming up. I´m so sorry to break my stride as I feel I´m doing well and another 3 weeks of TFR would have me looking and feeling great but hey - there´s a big improvement so I´m happy with that!

Day 1

Brekkie
I had a caramel bar - surprisingly nice. dry so I had to chew loads and drink lots of water - neither a bad thing.

Lunch
A small breakfast bowl of salad with lettuce, half a tomato, a large mushroom, a bit of red pepper and some cucumber topped with tuna. Yum.

Dinner
Another caramel bar

I´m working in Germany this week so am away from my scales. I am being very good and following refeed to the letter. I was 13 st 2 lbs last Saturday. When I weigh in on Tuesday I pray that I´m in the 12 stone bracket. Fingers crossed!

Thanks summer, and may I say your photos are unbelievable. You were pretty before but you´re gorgeous now! Well done you!

Day 3 and I´ve been as good as gold! looking forward to a sandwich tomorrow!

I continued having tuna salads for my meals yesterday and today at lunch then this evening I went mad and had a chicken salad...pure rock ´n´roll!!

How's The Refeed Going?

Just wanted to know how you're doing on the refeed? Read you can still lose weight even on refeed?

I'm still on TFR but feel nervous about going on refeed as I might go crazy!!
