Can anyone give me the recipe for the above please

Chicken

2 slices wholemeal bread
1egg
Mixed herbs
Chilli powder
Bovril chicken flavour

Boil chicken 20-30 mins
Leave to cool
Blitz bread and mixed herbs together for savoury breadcrumbs
Mix egg bovril and chilli powder together
Dip chicken in bovril then coat in breadcrumbs
Put on tray in oven for 15 mins
Syn free if bread is your heb
