I'm not sure what the others were referring to but I simply use this (French) recipe:
fresh chilli
garlic
1 tablespoon tinned tomatoes
1 tablespoon sweetener (to your taste)
I think I've put vinegar in before too - I taste, and add things
the sweet chilli dipping sauce i make is
1 red chilli finely chopped
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp cornflour (tolerrated)
3 tbsp sweetener
about 100ml water
i just bung it all in a jug and blast in the microwave till it reduces and thickens
sorry... 15g = 1 tablespoon = 1 tolerated (and we're allowed two, from Cruise phase, IF we're happy with our loss and not stalling...)
(I have different size tablespoons, mind, which is why I weigh - also I can't cheat and overfill!)
