Recipe Ideas on how to Maximise My Weight Loss

Hi fellow SW members!

I've been part of Slimming World for about 8 weeks, and am looking for ways to keep up the weight loss, as I want to get as close to target as I can before my holiday at the end of June so I can buy lots of lovely summer clothes in a size that will fit me for a while.

I have been using the speed soup recipe, but was wondering if anyone would be able to give me some ideas of other recipes which could help to maximise my weight loss?

I have heard of the speed food challenge and the scan bran challenge, so would appreciate some feedback on whether these really work!
