Recipes for crisps/Muffins????

Not sure if ive been reading right but i read somewhere that you can make muffins using the shake powder and crisps using the soup?? how do u go about doing this?

I ave tried most of them , the recipe for how to use the mix a mousse is amazing , the bar 'cookies ' are nice and the muffin is ok , but i prefer things simple and as they are !
