recipes for salad dressing

Has anybody got any low syn or free recipes for salad dressings? Had a look at the ones in the supermarket but they are big bottles which have to be used within 4 weeks - they would last me 6 months, lol, so thought maybe I could make my own.

Another one looking. I remember Cross & Blackwell used to do one but I don't theink they do now. At least I haven't seen it. I think it was called waistline but I might have dreamt that bit....

I normally just use some red wine or white wine vinegar with sone salt and pepper. Hellmans do a fat free vinagarette, its red pepper and parsley I think.
