I thought it would be a cool idea if we could all swap the healthy/low-fat recipes that we use every day so that we can all inject a bit of variety into our lives. I think that by mixing things up and keeping things fresh it'll help our motivation. No one wants to be eating the same thing every day, especially if you're only eating that one thing because it's healthy.

(I'm not on a specific weight loss programme, so I figured the general discussion would be the place for this. If this is the wrong place or there's an existing thread that I've managed to completely missed please remove this).
