I know Vicky was looking for soup recipes... not many on the site but found this...?

S as Salmon soup



Preparation : 10 minutes Cooking : 10 minutes For 4 people PP Attack Phase


Ingredients
200 grams of smoked salmon
2 fat free chicken stock cubes
200 grams of shelled prawns
A few sprigs of chives
Salt and pepper

Crumble the stock cubes into a saucepan containing 1 litre of water and bring to the boil. Cut the salmon into thin strips. Chop the chives and decorate the prawns with them. Divide the hot stock into the soup bowls. Add the sliced ingredients and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately

Preparation : 15 minutes Cooking : 40 minutes For 4 people PP day (cruise phase)
12 soup spoons of oat bran 4 soup spoons of low fat cream cheese 4 eggs 1 sachet of baking powder 1 sachet of diced ham 100g of low fat Feta (4%) Salt and pepper Whisk the egg whites and put them to one side. Mix the bran, cheese, egg yolks and baking powder. Cut the feta into small cubes, then dice, add the ham, and season with salt and pepper. Carefully work in the egg whites. Put in a cake mould and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes

Preparation : 10 minutes Cooking : 15 - 20 minutes Resting time : 4 hours For 6 people PP Phase


Ingredients
5 eggs
37.5 centilitres of skimmed milk
1 vanilla pod
1 pinch of powdered nutmeg
A few drops of peppermint flavouring
A little low-fat powdered chocolate

Beat the eggs. Heat the milk without letting it boil, together with the vanilla pod. Gently pour the hot milk over the eggs, add the peppermint flavouring and nutmeg, whisk and pour the Mixture into ramekins. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes at 160°C. Leave for 6 hours in a cool place. Sprinkle with powdered chocolate and enjoy!

Low fat and low carb quich?

I forgot how to make this...?
i tried to make one with

5 eggs,
1 cup of milk
chicken
spices

all the ingrediats floated to the top...
what am i missing?? it was also a bit too eggy.... can i use any form of cheese?

plz remind me ppl....

I think you need a bit of cheese in there, sona. Try fat-free Quark as it works very well.

I made this one from the Dukan recipe book last night and will have the remaining half tonight. It was absolutely delicious.

Quiche - for 2 people

6 tblsp Quark 0% fat
3 beaten eggs
2 slices of low fat ham or chicken
1/2 chopped onion
Pinch of nutmeg
Salt, pepper

Mix all of the ingredients together. Place in a lightly greased tart tin and bake at 240C (I did 220 in my fan oven) for 20 minutes.

So easy to make, too!
