Hi all hope you are well,

I ordered a recipe book of ebay and wondered if anyone had tried any recipes with the sachets.

Also I am on day 5 but still feel really tired will this go at all? I should point out I am a Mum of 4, I work 2 jobs fromhome, do a 1 mile round trip twice a day to the school and I am still breastfeeding my 20month old!!!

Hi Elong, add coffee and sweeteners to the vanilla to make latte, you can add coffee to the choc to make choca-mocha or make it up with peppermint tea for choc-mint.
Add chilli flakes and black pepper to the soup.
I didn't think you could do LT while breastfeeding??
It's probably why you're tired Hun. xx

Well - you'd probably tired with or without LT with all you have going on! lol

But it WILL pass and you will soon find new energy which can only be a good thing to get you through your hectic days!
