Original Red day help please

Hi all, I usually do EE but today I thought I'd try a Red day so I can have 2 HEB, if I post what I have eaten/plan to eat please could someone advise me if this is right or wrong?

Breakfast:
activia FF yoghurt (free)
Banana (free)
2x alpen light (HEB)

Lunch:
Pastrami (free - haven't had it in years hope I still like it!)
2x wholemeal bread (HEB)
Salad (free)

Dinner:
Hunters chicken (chicken, bacon, BBQ sauce - free, 42g reduced fat cheddar HEA)
Roasted veg (free)

Snacks:
Chopped fruit:
Apple
Blueberries
Strawberries
Pineapple
Melon
Nectarine
Mango
Grapes

Does this sound ok or do I need to change anything?

Is your 2 wholemeal bread nimble or 57g of ordinary wholemeal bread?

It looks ok to me, on red days I tend to have bacon medallions & eggs for breakfast...fills me up more and I leave my alpen bars for snacks :)

I love Red days, I love having 2x HE's

I love Red days, I love having 2x HE's
It's 2x nimble, I don't usually have that for breakfast and like you I love my bacon medallions but didn't have any in, I just felt like having something sweet for breakfast (not like me at all) which is why I suddenly thought I'd have a Red day so I could have a sandwich rather than syn it.

In fact talking about syns I haven't got any! Will have some mayo with lunch.

Does the rest seem ok?
