Red day meal ideas please

    Hi all,

    after falling off the wagon completely since Friday i've decided to try 3 red days till my weigh in on Wed. I always have weetabix with banana for my breakfast so thats sorted. But what about lunches and dinners?

    For lunch I usually have a chicken salad which is fine but I usually have a mugshot or cous cows with it as the salad alone just doesn't fill me up.

    After some meal ideas please. Trying to limid the syns till Wed too.

    You could have any sliced meats, hard boiled eggs, etc to bulk out your salad

    Dinner basically any meat based meals, you just have to count HEB for potatoes, rice, etc.
