red day newbie

hello
i have been doing sw since june last year and i want to have a week of red days see if it boosts my weight loss, only problem i am having is what can i replace my carbs with so for example i normally have alot of pasta, sw chips, jacket potoatoe and new potatoes
what can i use with dinners / lunches instead of these.
any recipes or ideas would be very much appricated :)

Roast butternut squash. Mashed swede. Swede chips. Roast celeriac. Roast carrots / onions. Roast tomatoes and mushrooms. Medley of roast superfree veg x
