Red Dog Foods - BBQ Sause

Just found a new sauce that i like its called American BBQ Sauce from Red Dog Foods. From what i can gather its a family owned business and doesn't have any nutritional info on the jar. Do you think it would be safe enough to syn this the same as other bbq sauses at 1 syn a tablespoon ?

You could always try asking them through their Facebook page (or there is an email addy) but failing that yes I think you should be safe enough just as long as you are not having tonnes of the stuff.
