Red Kidney Beans

Hi,
I am having chilli tonight and I'm finding it difficult to find the syns for the above. I've got 400g tinned with water and am on an original day. Thanks in advance. X

you can have 113g on red day as HEB or 28g for 1.5 syns whole tin about 21 syns
