oh grand, I was getting worried - thought I tipped the scales at 9 last week..

had a lvoley chicken & ham salad for lunch - feel very godess like..

It's good to hear that other SW'ers also get through loads of eggs every week!

I love fried (in fry light of course!) chicken and bacon with salad & low fat cottage cheese.

To spice this up a bit I use Colman's English mustard (1 level tsp - 1/2 syn) and cooked sage & oinion stuffing too! (28g - 2 syns).

I have this hot or cold (taken to work in a packed lunch!)

Oh yes, I couldnt live without eggs - its a staple food in my diet! X

I'm also an egg addict, I have two eggs every other day, sometimes more!
