Can I just say how fab it isto have the minimins app on my phone. Whenever I feel bored or in need of inspiration I just press a button, marvellous, and I'm only on day 2!! Speaking of which has gone really well, especially as I had to stay in all day waiting for an electrician who didn't turn up, aargh. Had a vanilla shake with tsp of coffee, was ok but a bit weak going to make it with less water tomorrow. For a late lunch I had a chocolate and orange bar, very nice. Then a tomato and basil soup for dinner, added some basil leaves, black pepper and tabasco to it, was ok but preferred the Thai chicken one I had yesterday. So far have been ok with the flavours so that's a bonus. Need to update my weight but forgot to buy a new battery for the scales. Should also take some pics so I can hopefully see a difference. Off to bed now, night all.
