I am 2st lighter than 7wks ago, a feat which took me 2 years with sw!
Refeed started today, as I still want to lose I am doing 2 shakes 1 meal this week and the refeed plan ie 1 shake 2 meals next week,my pharmacist agreed this.
Day 1-B-vanilla shake
L-choc shake
T-chicken in lemon garlic+pepper with salad of lettuce, onion, tomato and peppers.
Yum yum, washed down with a diet lemonade, tasted very sweet!
Stuffed now!:D

B-vanilla shake
L-strawberry shake
T-seasoned chicken breast with lettuce,onion,tomato and peppers
diet lemonade

Seasoning tasted mega-spicy!

Days 3+4-deviated slightly off my plans as I finally met the guy I'dmet thru the internet and been chatting to for 8wks. Just peeked at scales and Im down a pound thank god.
Day 3-B-shake
L-shake
T-turkey with green beans, carrots, cauliflower and new potatoes (at the carvery)
2 pints of diet coke while out+2 glasses of wine, shouldnt have but...
Day 4-B-shake
L-chicken breast, jacket potato with salad (wetherspoons in Trafford centre) only ate half of it, if that, was stuffed!
T-shake
Havent felt tempted to have snacks at all

T-homemade curry-chicken breast, onion, peppers, chopped tomatoes, spices, 4oz rice
some strawberries with low fat yoghurt
Supervised my daughter making this last night and it's in the fridge marinating now, can't wait!

L-Plan to have egg+new potato salad but have had my knee injected this morning and feel dreadful.

Plan for today-Day 10-B-shake
L-homemade chilli, 40z rice, salad, kiwi fruit
T-2 lamb chops with salad
Got school talent show final to run tonight so maybe a couple of wines after but might just stick to diet cokes, got a bit of a dodgy tummy

Day 11-stuck to soft drinks last night-

T-half a chicken bhuna (asked for low fat version) with onion rice and a handful of chips and 2 popadoms, would have normally have had a full one to myself. Bit naughty but we were celebrating her award from in the week.
Scales are showing 2lb on but Im very bloated, totm and toilet not been as regular. Hope this evens out. Just have to keep an eye on things.
Day 12-plan
B-shake
L-we're goin out on a picnic so Im gonna make chicken kebabs for me with salad
T-honey+mustard bacon chops with broccoli and new potatoes

It is hard but Im still in the zone. It's been weird with alcohol for me, just not been interested at all, on my birthday on wednesday I literally had to force myself to drink a few wine+soda's. Will be a little gutted if scales stay 2lb up this week but just means I cant take my eye off the ball. Im really enjoying everything that Im eating though x

You sound very focussed. You are right that you need to keep your eye on the ball the whole time. It will become second nature to you. I don't think about it at all now. Making good choices for 80% of the time will keep the weight off. Rather than a magic number choose a weight range of ten pounds that you will be happy to maintain within.
