Refeed for Holiday

Hi everyone,
Some advice please if you dont mind after my tues wi Im starting to refeed for my holiday how do I go about it
Is it two shakes and a low carb meal or 3 shakes and low card meal Im thinking of salmon,chiken turkey with green salad is that the kind of things to be eating.

no salmon for the first three days, from day four onwards only...

small breakfast bowl of salad or two tablespoons of green veg,

chicken and turkey are fine..6oz of skinless....everything cooked without oils or added fats. u can also have tinned tuna or plain quorn or tofu products but remember 6oz

you can have an 8oz jacket potato from day 3 using skimmed milk to moisten or fat free plain fromage frais

fat free yoghurt or very low fat dessert from day 4

two slices bread...or one pitta...or one cob from day four....no butter etc

fruit from day four only,would stick to two portions only

you can have skimmed milk in tea/coffee from day one if you like also diet drinks if u wish although ur better off sticking to water if you can

use balsamic vinegar as salad dressing from day one if you like,it is nice' or the very low fat/fat free ones from day four,, kraft do some good ones

sugar free chewing gum is allowed from day one 'if ur anything like me it was the first thing that i had lol'


think that is it, i will add more if i have missed anything

day one is lipotrim shake for breakfast or maintenance product...same for lunch then meal in the evening consisting of 6oz skinless meat and two tablespoons veg or breakfast bowl of salad

day two...lipotrim shake for breakfast/maintenance ...meal as described above for lunch and then the same for dinner

day three is the same as day two but you are allowed to add the 8oz potato to one meal.

day four is the same as day three but you can now also add the bread allowance if you wish or 4oz rice/pasta, you can now add fruit and fat free yoghurt-low fat dessert, any skimmed milk-low fat product

continue day four for the next three days, after day 7 it is more or less the same sort of thing as u dont want to add too much extra fats etc

use maintenance product for breakfast, they keep you full for longer, 'i like the maintenance bar'
