REFEED FOR JUST 1 DAY...

Hi guys, on the 26th October i have a hospital appointment 30miles away from home and cant do my shakes, so will be away all day, do i have to refeed a whole week just for 1 day?

is there really no way you can do your shakes i take mine to work everyday you just need a shaker and a bottle of water ?? or is it a hospital reason why you can't be on them ?

Another idea would be to make the chocolate shake into biscuits (see previous posts) and take that /them with you! Make sure you take masses of water with you to drink too xxx hope all goes well x
