    Hi Everyone

    I need some advice please.

I had not actually realised but im just 11lb away from my target, and to be honest, its a frightening prospect eating again, and I am scared!

I have no idea what refeed/maintenance is (I will speak to my pharmasist tomorrow at weigh in too). But is there any experienced Lipotrimmers out there that can give me some guidance/support, as I am petrified. I would rather stay on TFR until I know what I am supposed to be doing. I have lost 3 Stone 2lb, and I have to say feel AMAZING. I havent been a size 12 for years, I feel glam, sexy and all my confidence has come back :)

Well done to you all still on your TFR journey's you will get there, and its all worth it.

    xx

Hi hun. You can use TFR shakes if any left or you can get maintenance shakes to use during refeeding. Here is an information which you should also get from your phramacy.

Refeed is the process after TFR when you introduce different food groups slowly back into your system.

Maintenence, well, is maintenence! Maintaining the weight you have lost :) however way you decide is best for you. Some calorie count, some follow low GI and some just eat healthy and live by the 80/20 rule. 80% good and 20%bad.

Caz it's normal to be scared this is where you go it alone (but thanks to this forum you don't have to) Re-feed is a transistion to 'normal' eating to avoid gaining too much water weight. However maintaince is every day for the rest of your life. I know cause after maintaining for 3 years I let slip. Then gained nearly 2.5 stone over a period of 9 months and tried everything to lose it but something would happen and I'd fall off the wagon. Why am I telling you bthis- well inside every slim x lipotrimer is a fat person would love to pop bac out and will given a chance.

Maintaince means following a lifestle that works for you. For me it was a cross between Low GI/Calorie counting and 80/20.

Just keep coming back here and you'll be fine....

Thanks so much Mrs JK, I'm going to try my damn best NOT to regain weight. I'm a size 12 now and feel amazing losing 3.2 stone.

I'm going to stick at it until end of Sept and speak to Pharmasist this week too. I've been nibbling on slice of pure chicken which hasn't affected me, but boy it tastes good!

Will deffo be looking for support on here as this forum has helped me so much. Plus Avaya and I started about the same time and now weigh the same only Avaya starting in 2 days, but we can support each other.

Thanks again and good luck with you're journey too. xx
