    Day 1
    Breakfast

    Lunch

    Dinner
    Chicken breast (4-6oz) baked and seasoned
    Breakfast bowl of salad consisting of..
    • lettuce
    • tomatoes
    • onions
    • peppers
    • celery
    • balsamic vinegar

    Day 2
    Breakfast
    Lipotrim shake

    Lunch
    Tinned tuna – drained
    Salad as above


    Dinner
    Cod (4-6oz) basked and seasoned
    2 heaped tablespoons of vegetables consisting of..
    • carrots
    • broccoli
    • cauliflower
    • sprouts
    Day 3
    Breakfast
    Lipotrim

    Lunch
    Tinned tuna – drained
    Salad as above
    Dinner
    Chicken breast (4-6oz) baked and seasoned
    Breakfast bowl of salad consisting of..
    • lettuce
    • tomatoes
    • onions
    • peppers
    • celery
    • balsamic vinegar
    • plus 8oz mashed potato with a little skimmed milk and a sprinkle of herbs

    Day 4
    Breakfast
    Lipotrim

    Morning snack
    Small banana
    Handful of grapes

    Lunch
    1 pitta – no spread
    4-6oz chicken
    Salad as above

    Afternoon snack
    Apple



    Dinner
    Small piece of steak no fat 6-8oz – grilled
    Vegetables as above
    1 small baked potato 8oz

    Breakfast

    Morning snack
    Small banana
    Handful of grapes

    Lunch
    Tuna
    2 slices of brown bread
    Low fat Mayo
    Salad as above

    Afternoon snack

    4-6oz extra lean mince

    Passata
    Mixed herbs
    4 ozs cooked spaghetti
    Serving spoon of vegetables as above

    Baked cod seasoned 4-6oz
    4 oz rice
    Low fat yoghurt

    O.....M......G !!! That sounds SO yummy!!! The thought of eating seems SOOOOO far away and yet I dont feel hungry at all, though and I hope that I can stop before I get too scrawny!!!
