So I am weighing up when to Refeed. Prior to starting LT, I had a sticking point and kept hovering around this particular weight. I have broken down the wall (Finally!) and will potentially be a few pounds past it by the time I get weighed on Friday. I am a bit nervous about losing so much weight so fast so thinking maybe I should Refeed then do maintenance to slow the loss down but also get a grip with actual food, especially as I have a friend's birthday do on the 25th.
