Refeed!

Hi Guys, well i have 35 pounds to lose and in three weeks i have lost 19 of that so i am delighted! I am prone to stretch marks so want to slow it down a little now so i am refeeding. I started on Saturday and so far this is what i have ate:

Saturday
Breakfast:Orange creme drink mix
Lunch: Summer Fruits drink mix
Dinner: Tin of tuna, onions and peppers

Sunday
Breakfast:Orange creme drink mix
Lunch: Chicken fillet with salad
Dinner: Cod fillet with salad

Monday
Breakfast:Summer fruits drink
Lunch: Cod fillet, 6 new potatoes, peppers, tomatoes all roasted in balsamic vinegar
Dinner: chicken fillet, tomatoes all roasted in balsamic vinegar served on bed of lettuce.


Will post up the rest later and if people are interested will update daily!

good luck and well done!

i am using clarins body shaping cream to keep my skin looking good, its expensive (36 quid) but its lovely and it it keeps my wobbly bits from flapping about when they are not so wobbly then it'll do for me!

Low fat yoghurt

Chicken fillet, 6 new potatoes, peppers, onions, courgettes, tomatoes, all roasted in balsamic vinegar served on lettuce
