    Hi there

Ive got a wee query .. Im on Day 5 on refeeding but so far havent introduced bread. I was thinking about having some toast and marmite but what can I use instead of butter - I couldnt put marmite on dry toast (or eat dry toast lol).

Oh and while Im on here, I was also thinking about beans on toast at some point (I could do that without butter lol) - would heinz baked beans on toast be okay for during refeeding or should I wait till next week for that.

Thankee muchly and sorry if these sound like DOH questions!

hmmm im not sure about the beans, maybe best to leave them untill you are off refeed. Just have exactly what it says on the refeed sheet and you cant go wrong.

I know mary and jan have lf cheese triangles on toast but you arent allowed them during refeed. You are however allowed lf mayo on refeed but do you really want that on toast?!! lol

Why would you be having toast anyways? To me its more of a breakfast and arent you having your shake for brekkie?

Personally i would avoid it untill after refeed then you can use lf cheese triangles as a substitute to butter and spreads (icky nasty things!!)

Sandwiches, moisten them with tomatoes or cucumber, or like i said lf mayo. Asda do a very good one 99p for a big jar and only 12cals (i think) per tbsp :)

    Thanks Summer.

Fair enough - ill leave the beans till next week.

Re the sandwich - maybe Im wrong but I got the impression from the sample menus for Day 4-7 that im supposed to have similar to a shake for brekkie, two meals and a sandwich and a snack each day. Im kinda lagging a bit and struggling to even eat entire meals and although Ive today managed a couple of bits of fruit and a yogurt, I still havent had a sandwich - hence the idea of the toast.

Och I dunno - I do find the sheet a bit confusing and open to interpretation. Maybe's it doenst matter if I dont have the sandwich aswell ....

Aarrrggghhh - oh what to do!!!! lol

LF Cheesey triangles sounds yummy tho' - ill keep an eye out for them next time at shops - also using tomato or cucumber to moisten bread is a great idea. Cheers

I used extra low fat cheese triangles on the second week of refeed, but just follow the sheet and you wont go far wrong.

Have a look at mine and some of the others diaries from the beginning and get some tips on what and what not to eat.

Mines is in the maintenance forum.

    Good luck on your refeed.
