Refeeding tues 28 th:)

Ok guys I started my refeed on tues ! For those of u that don't know I Been on lipotrim since jan 17 th have gone fom 21st to 11.st 9 so on Tuesday I started it was ok the flavours were nice but I am lightly nervous and confused ,
Day one was:

breakfast : Maintenance formula 2 glasses of water and black decaf coffee
Lunch: lettuce, 3 cherry toms cue cucumber celery red pepper tuna balsamic vinegar
Water black decaf coffee( only ate half as felt full)
Tea : maintenance veg soup mmmm 2glasses of water

Day two :
Breakfast as above:
Lunch : chicken grilled with salad as above 2 glasses of water and black decaf
Tea : turkey steamed with salad and drinks as above
Again didn't finish all as felt full

Day 3: three
Breakfast : as above
Lunch tuna and salad water black decaf
Day four :
Breakfast:
Maintenance bar mug of tea with skimmed milk and water
Lunch: warburtons wholemeal bread x 1 toasted covered in tuna and salad
1 orange and black decaf
Water
Tea: having problem with tea as I am working but thinking apple lettuce tuna toms cucumber celery drizzled in lemon and balsamic water and coffee

I have decided to follow the refeed plan completely no diversion but I know I am terrified its taken me a while to have a mug of tea with milk cos I am worried about weight gain,,,
Which brings me to beetroot and marmite am I allowed these and if so if I buy fresh beetroot can I boil it and soak it in balsamic or normal vinegar.
And marmite can I have it on toast :( don't want to break to many rules
