Aww wish i could hun, fresh chicken and fish with green vegetables apparently for first few days! x

Hi,

I have just done the re-feed, so I can help!

You should be given some paperwork from your pharmacy, which I pretty much followed completely.

The first 3 days is just chicken, veg and a small portion of potato on day 3.

I then moved on to having a shake for breakfast, a wholemeal pitta bread with a small spread of very light mayo, a slice of Weight Watchers ham and some salad for lunch. I then had a Weight Watchers meal in the evening for example Spag bol. I also went to my Mums and had a lovely beef and vegetable stew (Thanks Mum!). You are also allowed skimmed milk, diet drinks and a low fat dessert. I did this for a week and lost 2lb. Was very pleased with that result.:D

I can't say I actually noticed when I came out of Ketosis, I didn't really notice a severe change in hunger and my mouth seemed to be quite fresh from the start.

I hope this helps. I am back from my weekend away now,so am back on to the 3 shakes a day. Roll on Ketosis!

My daughter is refeeding at the moment because she's got a couple of weeks where shaking will be difficult. She's been repeating the first three days of refeed because she still wants to lose weight and intends to go back on LT. So she's having one or two shakes and either one or two meals. I actually cooked for her last night and it didn't bother me. I made her steamed fish and a small potato and broccoli. Today she's had two shakes and a tuna salad for lunch.

just had the choc moose.... yuck so threw it away and got a summer fruits yuck again... the shakes r nicer
