Hey everyone..I am new to the site but not to *trying* to lose weight! Have joined WW about 10 times in the 12 or so years, have always found it good, but its me that failed. This time I joined back in February and actually did quite well (for me), lost a stone. I then Went way on holiday for a month, didnt follow the plan and rejoined last week..was delighted to find I only gained 1.5 lbs!!!

Anyway I am back on track now, and am determined to lose at least another 1.5 stone by Christmas (I do lose weight quite slowly, have an underactive thyroid). If I lost 2-2.5 Stone in total Id be at goal, so am determined to be near that by December!!

I do tend to relax at the weekend, using my weekly pp, and will have a takeaway or a few drinks.
I also try and save some pp during the week to have a Crunchie or something similar in the evening- that is my bad time, when I get my daughter to bed and sit and relax with a well deserved coffee!! To be brutally honest having a treat in the evening is the only thing that keeps me sane!

Welcome back Danni. You have done great to keep off the weight and I hope PP goes well for you . I find it really good and if you track and stay within pp and weeklies you will have a steady loss. Best of luck . another irish gal ...
