Remind me what to do for a planned night out pls


I have a wedding to go to in 4 weeks time,luckily that will be my AAMW running up to it.DH and I don't go out that often on our own and it's an all day do so will have to break the diet for the day as I want to drink aswell,
Do I just do AAMW all week and then have the Sat off eat/drink normally and get back to it either Sunday or Monday or do I need to do somthing else?

Sorry my advice would be to stick to it, not worth the risk of not getting back on track for the sake of one day. BUT I do understand that you have to do what is right for you and try to stick to protein, low carb if possible. Beware of drinking though, best avoided as it can be dangerous.



MUST get a grip
If you intend drinking alcohol - you must ensure that you are out of ketosis.... So you will need to carb up - I have just learnt a valuable lesson with regards to drinking whilst in ketosis & basically wiped an entire day out of my life laying in bed ILL! Not worth it - and I had eaten salmon and rice so thought I wasnt in ketosis!

So either carb up or dont drink - have a lovely time though xxxxxxxxxxx
