rescue plan for tomorrow...

    Breakfast: Cereal bowl of fruit with FF yoghurt.

    Mid-morning: 28g cheerios (HEXB) 250ml SS milk (HEXA) + tea.

    Lunch: Home-made veg soup, 2 WW danish bread (HEXB)

    Afternoon: Cross Trainer! 40mins/8miles+ (260ish cals)

    Dinner: Roasted parsnip, roasted BNS, peas, carrots, 2 x veg fingers (5 SYNS)

    So that's my plan for tomorrow. Friday I'll have 8 syns, and sat back to normal 10-15. Do you think that will stop my week being ruined? Please say yes or I might cry! :) xx
